Change of mind

Goods maybe returned for "change of mind" reason. This is available if:

  • Request is received by Cormain within 7 calendar days.
  • Goods returned in "as new" conditions, meaning all original packaging materials and accessories included, all clean and unmarked with no physical damages.
  • Goods returned to Cormain within 2 days after confirmation of request. Customer is liable for postage.
We will provide credit for goods purchased, excluding all other charges, including but not limited to shipping and handling charges, credit card surcharge. Credit can be used to purchase other items, or taken as refund.

Credit will be declined if any item is not in "as new" condition. Customer needs to collect items from Cormain, and pay associated costs. Decision will be made at Cormain's sole discretion.

Compatibility issues

Due to increasing number of equipments available on the market (both from general public and ISPs), there are increasing reports of issues on compatibility.

It is impossible for any vendor to test every single available hardware or software on the market.

We provide 7 days for you to test item(s) you purchase from us, to test with your other equipment(s) / ISP(s). You need to notifiy us immediately if you find any technical issues you cannot resolve yourself.

You will be refunded if:

  • Request is received by Cormain within 7 calendar days.

Faulty products

We will provide e-mail and telephone assistant to rectifying the problem first. Repair or replacement of item will then be arranged if appropriate.

To claim warranty service, fill in a warranty claim form, then wait for further instructions via e-mail.
