We do not profit from delivery fee. Delivery fee is charged by size and weight and postcode.
All deliveries in Sydney are $6, up to 20KG, using Fastway.
$6 by surface mail (Australia Post 500g satchel), for up to 4 filters / 2 central splitters / 1 wireless adapter.
$10 for one router plus small items to major Austrailan cities, using road services.
$12 for one router plus small items to rural areas, using combination of air and road freight.
Up to $20 re-delivery fee for any failed first delivery attempt.
To obtain accurate delivery fee, go to our online store, add items you need to shopping cart, then view cart (top right corner). You will be given accurate delivery fee.

Basic ~ Maximum arrival 3.5 hours from dispatch.
VIP ~ The next available driver comes to us immediately, then travels to you non stop. No pick up and drop off en route. Maximum arrival 90 minutes from dispatch.
Both service levels are charged at cost. Call to book. Provided by Australian National Couriers or TNT.
Same day Australia wide
The next available driver comes to us immediately, picks up your goods, then travels non stop to Sydney Airport. Your goods are loaded onto next available air space provided by Qantas or TNT, then another driver drives from airport non stop to you.

Tracking
Details of your parcel will be sent to you by e-mail, after your parcel is collected by courier.
In your e-mail, "courier" is the courier company used, "consignment" is the unique number of your item which you can use for tracking.
To track your item, go to web site of the transport company used (below), and enter your consignment number to see where your item is.

Failed delivery attempt / re-delivery / unattended location
If no one is able to accepted delivery during first delivery attempt, and authority to leave without signature is not given when placing order, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Authority to leave is not available for residential apartment, due to risk of theft.

Delivery delay / lost
If schedule above states your item is supposed to arrive, yet does not arrive by 3PM, you need to take action immediately.
You should call the courier company responsible initially as they are able to help you immediately or make arrangement with you, instead of us passing messages between you and the courier. Have "consignment number" ready before calling. It is in e-mail we sent to you.
You need to call us if you are unable to obtain a location of your parcel during your first phone call with courier company, so we can investigate for you.
Do not wait a few days before contacting anyone, or contact us late in the afternoon, as you are simply allowing your item to be delayed.
