2012FEB03 Warranty claim for Billion products

Billion have been experiencing technical difficulties with booking warranty claims in the last 2 weeks. If you booked a warranty claim with us for Billion products in the last 2 weeks, but have not received any instructions from us, please be assured that your warranty claim is not lost. You will be contacted sometime next week when this is resolved. Do not contact us for update, and do not complete another warranty claim form, as this will only further increase our workload, and maybe cause confusion with duplicate warranty claims.
