We establish this charter, which we follow, and develop continually.

Legal and regulatory compliance

Taxation

The Tax Reform had significant impact on the cash economy. The computer hardware industry had also been associated with non-compliant of GST and annual reports. We refuse and will never participate in the cash economy. All our sales will include GST. All GST received and paid will be accounted for and reported to the Australian Taxation Office.

Consumer protection

Consumers (non business) have certain rights under both state and Commonwealth legislations. We will not make statements which may mislead or contradict rights our customers maybe entitled to.

For statutory rights you have when purchasing from a business in New South Wales, contact Office of Fair Trading NSW.

Environment

Everything we do impacts the environment, directly or indirectly. Which is why we take action to manage these impacts, to ensure our business is environmentally sustainable.

Paper consumption

All office papers we consume in Australia are 100% recycled paper.

Transport

Our subscription with GreenFleet, which utilizes carbon sinks along Murray Darling River, allows us to offset 10 tonnes of greenhouse gases per year, generated from deliveries of products in Australia. This equals to taking 3 cars off the road. We will increase our greenhouse gas offset as volume of our transport volume increases.

Electricity

Air conditioning : only switched on when temperature is over 30C.

Energy saving light bulbs : are fitted throughout and only used when there is insufficient sunlight.

Solar electricity : generation system is installed on roof, which generates electricity for us to use.

100% government accredited GreenPower : is used when we require extra electricity.

Electricity statement showing solar electricity and GreenPower is available.

Waste management

Waste paper products (including office paper, product packaging, shipping paper carton) are recycled.

Plastic bages are sent for special plastic bag recycling.

Electronic wastes (both plastic and metal) are either returned to manufacturer, or sent to electronic products recycler.
